How long does order processing take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. This is the time we need to check and prepare your order before it is dispatched, and it is separate from delivery time.
What is the REMOWERS 30-day return policy?
It is our own policy that lets you return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first so that we can give you return instructions. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
How long do refunds take?
We normally process eligible refunds within 10 days. This does not override any shorter legal deadline, and your bank may need extra time to show the money on your account.
